Turbo Whistle Component

Deprecated in v14: This component has been replaced by ForcedInductionComponent.

The turbo whistle functionality is now part of the ForcedInductionComponent, which provides:

• Turbocharger/supercharger whine sound
• Adjustable spool-up and spool-down inertia
• Non-linear pitch curves for realistic sound
