Engine Aircraft Fuel Consumer

Type of AircraftFuelConsumer that should be attached next to the AircraftEngineBase (or more accurately one of the classes that inherit from it such as PistonEngine). Calculates fuel consumption based on Efficiency and currently generated power. Higher efficiency values reduce fuel consumption, while lower values increase it. Fuel is consumed only when the engine is running and generating power.
