Aircraft Fuel Manager

AircraftFuelManager inspector.

Manages fuel consumers and fuel tanks on an aircraft. For consumers and tanks to be discovered they must be placed as children to this script. Once the fuel is depleted OnOutOfFuel event is triggered. If the aircraft has any engines these will be shut off on this event.
